We at Where to Buy, LLC (“WTB”) want to thank you for using our technology to locate retail sites that offer particular products (a service that we refer to in this document as our “Service”). This document, the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (which we call the “Terms”), will help you understand how we collect, disclose, and safeguard various types of information, including the personal information, that you provide to us via our Service, and your rights and obligations when using our Service. It also lets you know about our affiliate compensation from some of the brands that we recommend.
Please note that when you access our Service from a website owned and controlled by someone other than us (for example, when you are on a website that uses our search tool), the privacy policy and terms of use of that website will apply to your activities there. We have no control over third-party websites, and are not responsible for their practices.

By using our search tool, requesting information, visiting our site or otherwise interacting with us, you are submitting information to us, which we will process in accordance with these Terms.
We collect two both Personal Information and Non-Personal Information about our users. Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience while using our Service.

We have an affiliate relationship with the sites that display our tool so that you can search the web for places to buy the product featured on that site. As a result of that relationship, we receive commissions or other compensation for recommending particular brands to you. As part of that affiliate relationship, we share information about you with that site.
We may disclose Personal Information to our affiliates and event sponsors. We may also disclose Personal Information to third parties that partner with us or provide services for us, and to other third parties as permitted by law.
Occasionally, we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personal Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose Personal Information upon receipt of a court order or subpoena or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.
We may also provide Non-Personal Information about our customers’ sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to third-party advertisers, but these statistics do not include any Personal Information.
We may, from time to time, send you e-mail regarding our products and services. In addition, if you signed up for our mailing list, we may occasionally send you direct mail about products and services that we feel may be of interest to you. If you do not want to receive such e-mails or mailings, simply tell us when you give us your Personal Information.
You can ask us to stop sending you marketing emails at any time by (i) by following the opt-out links on any marketing email sent to you or (ii) by contacting us at any time using the Contact Us information at the top of the page.
We safeguard Personal Information according to established security standards and procedures, by maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards for the information.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You acknowledge and agree that the content, materials, text, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, button icons, software and other elements available on the through the Service are the property of WTB or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and/or other intellectual property or proprietary rights and laws. These Terms permit you to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to sell, license, rent, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, modify or create derivative works from any content or materials on the Service.
All matters related to the Service and these Terms shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of laws provisions.
